The Community Health Education Project is a unique initiative organized in the Vellore District of Tamil Nadu and will focus on engaging with remote smallholder communities to enhance their knowledge and skills to improve their overall health and wellbeing. This includes a range of topics, and besides, includes advice on how individuals within those communities can use crop protection products effectively and safely to optimize the benefits of the product and in so doing minimize any risk from improper occupational use and exposure and even serious intentional misuse.
