This policy has been adopted by the Board of Directors and applies to all employees and all activities. Compliance with the policy is mandatory.
HSE Standards
In 2008 we refreshed our HSE standards which support the Policy. These apply across Syngenta, outlining the key steps that all managers must take to ensure that the HSE Policy is successfully implemented.
In 2009, every employee will receive a copy of the new HSE booklet. We are also providing a series of case studies highlighting best practices from each of our regions to illustrate how the standards should be implemented in practice.
Our HSE codes of practice and guidance are designed to help managers implement the standards in particular areas of the business. Dedicated HSE professionals are available throughout the company to provide advice and support.
