of Conduct requires Syngenta and its employees to comply with the laws of
all countries in which they operate, as well as industry codes of practice and
other private codes that have been formally adopted by Syngenta. |

employee is expected to be familiar with the law as it applies to his or her
job, and management is responsible for providing necessary training or advice
where appropriate. |

Syngenta is committed to comply with the UN Food and
Agriculture Organization’s Code of Conduct on the Distribution and Use of
Pesticides. The Code provides guidance on pesticide management for all
organizations involved in the distribution and use of pesticides. |
